Line test contactor

Powering up a high voltage rail circuit can lead to a short circuit. The Line Test Contactor reduces the making current by inserting the line test resistor in series to the load for a few seconds. The supervision system measures the making current to check the circuit status. If conditions are safe, the system closes the high-speed circuit breaker and opens the line test contactor.
