In Microelettrica, we design, manufacture and sell a complete range of environment-friendly contactors for railway rolling stock and fixed applications. Our experience of several years guarantees installations with very high reliability and low maintenance. High performances are achieved through a strongly optimized design, which ensures a robust dimensioning of components with reduced weight and costs. The electric arc is fully contained inside the arc-chute. 

Our power contactors are suitable for the railway (IEC 60077 & IEC 61992) and energy-intensive industries, as well as for renewable energies and e-mobility (IEC60947-4-1). Typical applications include power converter, traction propulsion equipment, e-bus and charging stations, DC traction power substations and power plants electrical equipment.

We designed LTX, LTHS, LTC and LTHH/LTE/LTP lines to withstand the typical Shock and Vibration profile of on-board applications according to category 1 – Class B (IEC61373). Instead, N Series contactors provide a modular and flexible solution, and address the requirements of fixed applications for railways, heavy industry and energy production.
