Feeder Breaker

Feeder Breaker are used to supply the power required by the rail sections. They are installed on the circuit after OMNIBUS and before the overhead contact lines or the third rail. Depending on the applicable standards (IEC or ANSI), the feeder breaker can be monostable or bistable. The monostable version is based on a holding-coil system (IEC only), while the bistable version is based on a permanent magnet holding system (both IEC and ANSI).

We offer a wide variety of designs fitting most installation requirements.
